My experiences with nonverbal communication
Nonverbal communication is the process of communication through sending and receiving wordless cues between people. It includes facial expressions, eye contact, gestures and body movements. There are some types of nonverbal communication that might occur in the class such as during the presentation, you might use body language to deliver the message you are going to say and make eye contact with the audience. Sometimes in class, I could not came up with the word that I want to say, and I would use a facial expression to tell other people what I think. As shown in the picture above, an angry face will tell others your feeling without saying any words. During the presentation, I used hand gesture to help with understanding. I think nonverbal communication is very important because dumb people can only use hand gesture to communicate. Good communication skill is the foundation of good relationships, and nonverbal communication might better the relationship.
