Final Versions v.s Drafts
The final version of my visual works such as the website and the presentations are more effective than my drafts because the following.
1. Purpose and audience
The draft is for the use of the writer himself, and in that case the audience is himself. However, the final version has to be responsible for everyone who may take a look at the work. So I might not include pictures in my draft and just have an idea of what kind of pictures I might include. In the final version, I will find specific pictures that relate to my topic.
2. Language
For visual works, there might not be o much words to include and only for final version I will include some words to help me explain the pictures that I will include and get a better understanding of my work.

How the use of images contributed to my argument
For visual works, I have to use a lot of pictures instead of words. As a common saying goes, "A picture is worth thousands words." When I found what am I going to talk about, such as William Faulkner; the best way is to find a picture on the Internet that relates to William Faulkner, it could be a picture of him, or it could include some of the works he had published. Furthermore, when I find pictures on the Internet, I would make sure that the picture is somewhat related to my central argument and the picture can not be too complicated. Easy and simple pictures help audience to get a good understanding of the topic. Furthermore, pictures would make audience not feel bored, because tons of words might overwhelmed audience.
Usage outside the classroom
Images can help people get a better understanding of the object. Sometimes instead of telling someone in words, we could simply show them a picture. I am interested in operating a business in the future, and visual techniques are really important for a business to be success. Using effective images helps the promotion of a product and it could let more people remember the product by using an impressive image. When we are watching televisions and advertisements jump out, we will remember those with the most attractive visual effects. To conclude, using images is fundamental for modern commercials.
